How do I pay my HOA assessment?
Assessments can be paid online through the resident portal after logging in, or by mailing a check to 4901 Romaine Spring Dr., Fenton, MO 63026. Make checks payable to Romaine Spring Estates HOA.
When are assessments due?
Annual assessments are due on January 1st each year. Please contact the trustees at hoa@rsehoa.com if you have questions about your account.
How do I submit an architectural request?
Any exterior modifications to your property — including fences, additions, sheds, paint color changes, and landscaping changes — require prior approval. Submit your request by emailing hoa@rsehoa.com with photos and a description of the planned work.
What are the pool hours and rules?
Pool hours and rules are posted at the pool entrance and available to residents in the Documents section after logging in. The pool is open seasonally, typically Memorial Day through Labor Day.
How do I reserve the clubhouse?
Clubhouse reservations are available to residents in good standing. Contact the trustees at hoa@rsehoa.com to check availability and reserve a date.
Where can I find the CC&Rs and bylaws?
Governing documents including the CC&Rs, bylaws, and rules & regulations are available in the Documents section of this website.
How do I report a violation or concern?
Email hoa@rsehoa.com with the address of concern and a description. All reports are reviewed by the trustees and handled in accordance with the community guidelines.
When does the board meet?
Trustee meetings are held periodically throughout the year. Meeting dates are posted on the community calendar. Residents are welcome to attend. Minutes from past meetings are available in the Documents section.
