•Use of community amenities (pool, clubhouse) is governed by the HOA's rules and regulations, CC&Rs, and bylaws, which take precedence over these website terms.
•Nothing on this website constitutes a waiver of any provision of the governing documents of Romaine Spring Estates HOA.
