⚠️ THIS IS A SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK POOL!
NO LIFEGUARDS WILL BE PRESENT. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY, AND YOUR GUESTS.
POOL FACILITIES ARE MONITORED BY CAMERAS. RULE INFRACTIONS MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF POOL PRIVILEGES FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON AND A FINE OF UP TO $500. ALL VIOLATIONS WILL BE HANDLED INDIVIDUALLY BY THE TRUSTEES.
General Pool Rules
- •No one should swim without supervision if incapable of swimming alone.
- •Residents who are past due on HOA assessments will have their key fobs deactivated and will be denied admittance to the pool. Lending of key fobs to non-residents or past due residents will result in immediate suspension of household pool privileges. No warnings will be issued.
- •No more than two guests will be allowed per resident, with a maximum of five guests per household. For more than five guests, you will be required to rent the clubhouse/pool outside of normal operating hours.
- •The HOA trustees have final authority on behalf of the homeowner's association during periods of pool and recreational facilities operation. They may exercise discretion in the determination of appropriate behavior and prohibit use or remove users as warranted.
- •In the event of violence or trespassing, residents should call the Jefferson County Police Department for assistance. If an emergency exists dial 911.
- •Parties, decorations, etc. are not allowed in the pool area during normal hours. Private pool parties must be outside residential hours.
- •No running or horseplay allowed in the pool area.
- •No diving whatsoever. Flips or inward dives are prohibited on the sides of the pool.
- •No glass containers of any kind in the pool area.
- •No smoking is allowed in the pool area. Smoking is allowed outside of the back entrance only.
- •No profanity of any kind will be allowed in the pool area.
- •Threatening or abusive language or gestures by anyone will result in expulsion from the pool area.
- •Fighting will not be tolerated. Violators are subject to suspension of pool privileges.
- •No pets will be permitted in the pool area or chained to the fence surrounding the pool.
- •No cutoffs or street clothes are allowed in the pool.
- •No pushing anyone into the pool.
- •No reservation of chairs or tables.
- •Use of flotation devices/toys is allowed only during times of low usage. If the behavior of a swimmer using any flotation device or water toy becomes a nuisance or endangers the safety of others, the offending swimmer will be asked to remove the item.
- •Any persons infected with a communicable disease are restricted from entering the pool area.
- •Anyone using suntan lotions or oils must shower before entering the pool. Please use oil-free lotions.
- •Bikes, skateboards, etc. are to be left outside the pool fence.
- •No music devices are allowed at the pool unless it is a personal device that can't be heard by other residents.
- •No eating or drinking in the pool.
- •Do not spit, blow nose, or otherwise place inappropriate matter into the water.
- •Anyone found to be breaking any federal, state, or local laws will be asked to leave the pool area.
Pool rules are subject to change without notice. The pool may be closed for maintenance, health conditions, weather, or any other reason deemed sufficient by the Board of Trustees, the Pool Committee, or the pool management company.
Pool Rules for Children
- •Parents and/or guardians are solely responsible for their children!
- •No one should swim without supervision if incapable of swimming alone. You will be asked to leave if you do not supervise your children.
- •Disposable diapers are not allowed in the pool. Swim diapers or rubber pants are required for children that are not toilet trained. Your child will not be allowed in the pool without these items.
